The event kicked off at about 8pm with an informal chat and a drink. Kerry association committee members' were on hand to discuss the club’s activities and welcome some new members as well as some old ones. There were light refreshments served and everyone joined in and enjoyed the craic for the evening. There was live music to keep everyone entertained and had a bop if they felt up to it. We also enjoyed some entertainment from the Kelly O Boyle School of Irish Dancers. A wonderful group of youngsters who are off to the USA shortly to participate in a competition there, we wish them well. We hope to run a similar event early in 2009, everyone welcome, please come along. The date will advertised on this site in the near future. Back |
